사천YWCA 가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소는 최근 사회적 문제로 심각성이 날로 더해지고 있는 가정폭력 및 성폭력 예방강화와 피해자 발생 시 사건 출동 경찰관의 신속하고 안전한 초기 대응을 위한 지구대‧파출소 간담회를 10월 8일과 10월 16일 이틀간 실시했습니다.
이번 찾아가는 간담회는 사천YWCA가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소가 사천시 관내 파출소와 지구대에 직접 방문, 가정폭력 및 성폭력 피해 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 2차 피해를 사전에 방지하고 피해자의 인권 보호를 위해 경찰 조직과의 상호 이해와 상담현장의 실태뿐만 아니라 가정폭력·성폭력·아동·노인학대 등 실제 피해사례를 바탕으로 경찰의 현장대응 및 심리상담·피해자 대상 쉼터 제공 등 관계기관의 지원방안을 적극적으로 공유하고 향후 개선이 필요한 사안에 대해 중점적으로 논의했습니다.
사천YWCA가정폭력·성폭력통합상담소는 앞으로도 찾아가는 지구대‧파출소 간담회 정기적으로 실시하여 긴밀한 협조체계를 구축, 피해자 보호뿐만 아니라 예방 활동에도 앞장설 것입니다.

The Sacheon YWCA Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Counseling Center held a two-day meeting of district police and police stations on Oct. 8 and Oct. 16 to strengthen the prevention of domestic violence and sexual violence, which are becoming more serious due to social problems, and to respond quickly and safely to the police officers dispatched to the case in the event of a victim.
In this meeting, the Sacheon YWCA Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Counseling Center visited the police station and district police station in Sacheon City to prevent secondary damage that may occur at the site of domestic violence and sexual violence. In order to protect victims' human rights, we actively shared support measures for related agencies, such as on-site police response, psychological counseling, and providing shelter for victims based on actual cases of domestic violence, sexual violence, child and elderly abuse, as well as mutual understanding and counseling with police organizations, and discussed issues that need improvement in the future
The Sacheon YWCA Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Counseling Center will regularly hold meetings with district police and police stations to establish a close cooperation system and take the lead in preventive activities as well as protecting victims.
